Blackberry connect is phone and carrier specific. It has been released for some HTC phones on other carriers and the Moto Q on one of the Canadian carriers, but is not (yet) available for any Samsung phones and as far as I know, not available on on Verizon at all.

    Greetings and welcome to PDAPhoneHome.com.

One of the things that we ask of all users--new and old--is that, before posting a question, they search the forums to see whether the question has been previously asked. This helps avoid duplication of threads, thereby making it easier to find answers to questions.

A search of the term "blackberry" turned up the following threads, which I think addresses your question:

    I760 and Blackberry Connect

    Blackberry on i760?

I'm going to close this thread and ask that further discussion of this issue take place in the first thread listed above.
