Outlook email - some not displaying

Ok, I've searched the forums and I have not found anything resembling what I'm experiencing.

Just purchased my i760 this weekend... configured my IMAP email to work on the device, downloads messages fine. All plain text emails I can view fine. I even have it displaying HTML emails that come in such as tech newsletters etc. But some emails that are sent to me do not display the body text at all. When I go to Menu > View - Show HTML is greyed out, not an option. On my desktop Outlook the message displays fine.

I have the settings under the Account Options (Screen 3) set to
    Message Format: HTML
    Download size limit: Entire Message
    Download attachments smaller than 100kb

Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

I don't see where you can set "Download attachments smaller than 100kb".

    Your other settings look fine.

I get that occasionally, and navigating away from the message and then back to it solves it.

I dont have that option. I have:

    Message Format:
    Download size limit:
    When deleting messages:

That's all I have on that screen.

That's only for the attachments, though. The first setting should download the entire message body.

Ah, that is different! Are you using IMAP or POP? I'm going to guess POP, as that should make a difference.

When you open the blank message, does it say it will be downloaded the next time you connect? Perhaps the download isn't completing fully.

If your using GMAIL with IMAP your not going to see some message bodies... its a known issue with Google's implementation of IMAP working with WM5/6 and Pocket Outlook.

No, I wish.... no further message at all. Just the sender name, the To, time and subject... no body text.

Which email service are you using?

Like cybrwulf said, this is a known problem with Gmail (if that is what you're connecting to).

    Previously discussed here:
    gmail on the i760
    Blank gmail messages

Its our corporate email server... and it does seem to only do it on emails sent to me from within the domain.

Read through some of those threads where people are talking about it happening on Gmail IMAP.... So... is this a bug...?
