    Text msg custom notifications?

Hi, this is my first post woohoo, I did search for this and could not find it, so hopefully I am not posting an old topic! This is my first smart phone, I had the V before, Now my questions is...
How can I pick custom sounds for my test message notifications?? for ringtones for phone calls it is easy you can use and of you audio (which is also sweet I had to bitpim my V before).. but txt msgs seem to have only predefined sounds you can use! really annoying sounds! Please tell me how to use custom sounds.

    Thank you.

I use Phone Alarm for custom ringtones for MMS, SMS, Email and phone calls.

Ok, I did read about it, for one it cost money (I am cheap)
for two, I really dont want MORE software on my phone, especially stuff that he to keep running. Anyway to drop ringtones into the alarm sound folders?
*I mean can't I just add more sound to the notification sounds direcltly, such as a copy and paste into a subfolder*?

To use customs sounds for txt, and email, just drop them under the /windows directory.
