    I can't explore with Activesync 4.5

    My Activesync is recognizing my i760 just fine and synchronizing all of my data, but I can't explore my i760 with it. When I click on the Explore tab, it just brings me to my C drive. I searched the forums and didn't come up with anything. Any suggestions?

    Mine is working fine. Have you tried a reset?

    Yes. I reset both the PC and the phone...no luck.

    Are you running xp? I have a same problem on my xp machine. I just restart my activesync and it usually fixes my problem for a while.

    i got my sch-i760 yesterday and instantly had active sync issues, so i called verizon and the tech on the phone said they have been getting alot of calls related to active sync. for my case, i had to remove my active sync that i used when i had my vx6700 and Moto Qm9 and download and install active Again from microsofts website. this instantly corrected (MY issue). Even though i had 4.5 already installed on my computer, when i uninstalled it and reinstalled it , everything works great. as i said the tech claimed they have been getting alot of calls related to active sync..... 8(
