    How to delete duplicate program?

I discovered how to do this the first time around. Now I can't remember how I did it and give up, coming here for help.

After a hard reset, I re-installed Calc98 and it gives me two program folders, calc98 and calc98(1). I cannot figure out how to delete the extra program icon.

That is frustrating. And it made sense the first time I figured it out.

    How do I do this?

Thanks tange1. After struggling with this most of the afternoon, I rediscovered the secret while waiting for the wife at the grocery store a few minutes ago. I hurried home to post the solution and lo and behold, found your post!

    File Explorer/Start Menu/programs
    highlight the offending program
    choose menu, then delete
--or paste if you pasting a shortcut

I knew it was pretty straightforward... but it certainly was not intuitive.

I'm a firm believer that no Microsoft product is intuitive
    Thanks
