    Sprint replacement on a i300

    I called to replace my i300 and got one today. The screen is as bad as the one I am returning. The colors are fading, is this how they all are? Its really annoying I guess, just want to know your expierences.

    The colors on all of mine were never very sharp. The only real problem i had with all of mine was a faded (or bright depending on the one i had) half moon in the top middle of the screen.

    call them and explain the situation... the phone has been out for 2 years and samsung are not making any more. so tell them this screen is worse then the one you had and can you request another one...

    you can also take it to a local service store and have them sign off on it...

    Depending on the people working, the sprint store should be able to give you a replacement. I've done it once already.
