Response from Sprint about the I300 Box

Did they even read my email? Yet another stupid response!

It's probably because you confused the poor sap at Sprint PCS by not phrasing your complaint as a question. Maybe next time you should start your email with "what is"

I asked SprintPCS the other day if I could pull my "Wireless Web" mail down via POP.

    This was my response.

    Hello Gary,

This is in response to your inquiry regarding Wireless Web mail.

Unfortunately, America Online does not allow POP access to its e-mail
accounts. In order to retrieve your AOL messages into your Sprint PCS
Wireless Web Mail InBox, America Online would have to provide this
    access.

Thank you for contacting Sprint PCS.

    Who said anything about AOL?
(I always forget: was it AOL or MS who created the Internet?)

I did reply and re-ask and got back a real answer of "NO".

    Hello Dan,

This is in response to your inquiry regarding Wireless Web mail. Unfortunately, I haven't yet come up with a way for you to access your car's tire pressure via your phone. Rest assured, however, that I'm working day or night to ensure that you and all your friends will be able to do this by 2004. While you're waiting, however, I suggest you check out "e-mail", it's a new invention of mine which I think you'll really get a kick out of.

Thank you for contacting Sprint PCS.

Matt you seem unhappy with the I300. Just return it and you can be happy again.

As for me, Blazer 2.0, color, (whatever size) is a huge step up from my 3xe/Samsung 8500 internet combination...:o

He's simply asking a valid question: Since more and more PalmOS devices are utilizing a "virtual" graffiti area, are there any applications which take advantage of this additional screen real estate?

Actually, I'm completely happy with the phone and it's features (including the Blazer software).

I just like to point out mistakes by Sprint because they make SOOOOOO many (at least 20 I've pointed out to them in the 3 years I've been a customer).

I do like the phone though and give my props to Samsung, not Sprint!! Can't wait for the next generation of the I300!
