    Stylus falling

    So i guess i use my i300 too much, the stylus is only barely staying in the holder these days. Does anyone have creative ideas to remedy this problem? I am hoping to jut have this phone for 2 more MOnths till the 7135 comes out But it caused me to lose 1 stylus already becaue i didn't know it had fallen out.

    and i can't do antying that would keep me from returning this to circuit city

    Arrow

    go to compusa and get one of those hybrid pen/styluses...

    you could also put some tape around the stylus so it 'fits' in the slot better... ?!

    Yeah, but Duct tape holds better.
    PLUS...if you make a big enough loop, you can stick it to the dashboard, your desk, your belt, your neighbors belt....:p

    acutally just place a small drop of glue in the inside of the hole, not all the way inside, but just in the part that is not covered. let it dry and voila. holds like a champ again

    I put a tiny drop of super glue on the nub inside the phone, worked good until I went on a seadoo with it in my pocket, now i have a new one and it's really tight.

    Here is what I did to fix this problem:

    <snip!>
    stylus won't stay in holder.
    <snip!>
    A clever fix is to remove an o-ring from an empty disposable butane lighter. Most lighters with adjustable flame have these. You'll find it under the gas spout that usually screws out. Remove the rear end of your stylus and slip the o-ring past the threads. Screw it back on and the tiny rubber ring will keep your stylus in the holder.

    Here is site with step by step instructions complete with pictures that shows how to make this repair:
