    3G Speed



    Sprint store in the center City Phily ...

    I am playing with Treo 300 ...

    Typing http://www.sphi300.com >>>

    Pressing Enter >>>

    (in the same time clicking START on the TIMER from BIG CLOCK

    on my I-300)

    It took 1 min 44 seconds to load the page !!!!!!

    Well ... some times pages not loading fast ...

    I am clicking on "SPH-I300 General Discussion"

    Clicking on the timer ...

    To load page fully , it took only 1 min 52 seconds !!!!

    Well ... I think , probably , the server is to busy ...

    Clicking http://www.altavista.com ( took only 56 seconds !)

    Clicking on http://www.msn.com (1 min 14 seconds )
    ............................................................

    The store was empty , and finaly salespeople start paying

    attension , they ask me , if I want to buy some thing ...

    I sad YES , TREO 300 , and they sad NO we out of them ,

    no any information when we,ll have them again ...
    ......................................................

    Blazer: 50 seconds
    Xino: 35 seconds

    fikse,

    did you buy XIINO or are you just still trying it out?


    if the later, are you planning on getting it? have you experienced the web browser "vertically" arranging a web page?

    also, have you experiecened the "closed by peer" error? that seeme to mean sort of a time out kinda thing to me...

    I did not get it . Are you talking about XIINO on Treo 300 or

    I-300 ?

    No problem with XIINO on my I-300 . No errors .

    I'm still using the trial version of xino..... while its much faster than blazer, it sizes down the graphics too much, making navigating some sites nearly impossible....

    depending on the site, I'll use blazer or xino....

    I have noticed the vertical arrangement on some pages, but never get the peer error....
