    Fascinating behavior with CSpotRun

I just installed CSpotRun on my phone.

When I start it up, it completely clears the screen, including the phone icons at the top and the home/calc/etc buttons at the bottom. The buttons are quickly replaced with monochrome versions thereof, and the phone icons show up normally.

This suggests that some interesting full-screen possibilities might exist. I don't know enough about PalmOS internals to know what's going on underneath. Any ideas?

ISilo 3.05 does something like that with the graffiti area icons too. Not all Palm programs are fully I-300 compatible. Personally, I avoid visibly incompatible software. Some wayward programs have been known to hard crash the I-300, with complete data loss.
