I am investigating this, as I received the same email. I believe I've found the source of it and fixed it. The billing userid is a systems userid that I use for a number of systems. I will post more details here if I find that there is anything that looks to be a big problem. We haven't operated our online store here in two years and we didn't retain payment info.

what i mean by that is - that many, many customers had charges to their credit cards - many from 'limasol' or something like that - the amount was under $50 as best i recall - some of the people (that pay attention to their credit card statements) reported it to their credit card companies and they reported to us that the source was the home automation company - i had hits on mine but discovered late and did not fight to have them removed

i called the home automation company and asked that they remove all my credit card info from their systems - that was quite an ordeal and it took their info tech nerds to get the info removed (if in fact it was removed)

i suspect their system is unix - those systems seem to send out any file anyone wants - but that is just my guess
