How does our pdaPhoneHome "Mobile Edition - Beta" environment work?

How does our pdaPhoneHome "Mobile Edition - Beta" environment work?

I would like to have two separate URLs on my XV6600. A URL for the regular version of the forum and the URL for the "Mobile Edition - Beta", can this be done? No matter how I try and capture or write a different URL, it just seems to default to the last style of the one I was on, the site with.

Its due to cookies. You could do something like run the regular version in Thunderhawk and the mobile in PIE

There really is no good way to do what you want that I know of.

Check the link in IvanLasston's post. Styleid=5 is the mobile site and styleid=1 is the regular Web site.

Yes, if you just use the styleid=1 or styleid=5, it is sticky. So, you can switch back and forth by saving two bookmarks... one for each. Once you put that in the url, it will change your cookie so that you stay in that mode without having the styleid in the url. It is going to be unique to the machine or browser you are using, also.
