    i730 and USB data cable

I bought an i730 USB cable and I've been trying to get it to connect with my phone for an hour. The phone sees the USB connection to the PC, but the application displays "initializing" indefinitely. I tried a different USB port, I tried restarting the phone and the laptop, and I downloaded the USB application from the Motorola IDen website and nothing seems to have worked.

    Any ideas?

Does your phone look like the one below? Then, my friend, you have a Motorola i730, not the Samsung i730, which is what this forum is about.

That's because this site is about pdaphones and smartphones.

Did you try this site: http://idenphones.motorola.com/iden/...n/usbhome.html
