    Good price for a 1 GB SD . . .

Just picked one up. Not bad for a name brand PNY 1 GB card. From a good store and the $10 rebate brings it down to around $45.

Thanks Expidia! For that low price I may just pick one up to have as a spare or might even start breaking down waht I store into two cards.

    Going rate about $35 . . .

Sunday paper flyers now showing about $39.99 (with rebate) for name brands like PNY now (CompUSA). Last week I bought another one for $49 online, but now due to Holiday shopping the prices are dropping again. Cheap memory is a good item for stores to use as a loss leader.
Now if those 2 GB cards would drop more . . . There should be more bargains just ahead as they clean out 1GB stock. Probably see $29 shortly. I'd like to be able to keep DVD's (5 or 6 full length movies for traveling) on one card and MP3's on another and one in the Treo.
