Video Conferencing with Webcam for multiple parties??

My question is: Does anyone know of a good, free way of using webcams between multiple parties to video conference? I'm trying to find a way to connect my parents, my brother, and myself and MSN Messenger only allows 1 video conversation at a time. Any guidance here would be greatly appreciated. My google searches seem to produce nothing but porn or other not-so-nice ways to do this.

Windows XP still includes the old Microsoft Netmeeting application which can do this. go to Start | Run and type: conf and hit enter.

The main problem is if the users are behind routers, they will need to forward a bunch of ports to their internal IP address. See http://support.microsoft.com/default...NoWebContent=1 for details.

also netmeeting only allows 1 video conversation at a time.

I'm currently coding a client/server based system for one of my clients. Upon their approval, it will be made availible to the public under the GPL.
