Has anyone had any issues purchasing from Netfreez? I put through an order for a bluetooth headpiece back in June, and it hasn't come. They never charged my credit card, which is good, but they still list the order as active on their website. I've called their operators, but no response, not even a voice mail, and I've e-mailed them dozens of times. I've been reluctant to buy the headset elsewhere, as I'm thinking that considering how difficult they are to get a hold of now, what's the deal going to be when they have my money and I'm looking for a refund?

Just curious to see if I'm the only one having this experience, and if not, to get the word out there that Netfreez is a site to be avoided.
