    Sprint customer sevice -- a positive experience!

    I just had a refreshingly pleasant experience with Sprint customer service!

    They answered my call in less than 30 seconds. The guy who I talked to was named Jonathan. He knew what he was doing and was very courteous. Wow! I hope this is a trend.

    Hey Sprint, please give Jonathan a big raise and put him in charge!

    I've been a Sprint customer for a month now, and the three times I have called have been very positive experiences. The first was regarding MMS, and the tech told me to get the MMS software from this and another forum. Never would VZW ever think of helping a customer like that.
    With everyone complaining of Sprints CS, I wonder if any of them have had to deal with VZW?
