    AlphaCell Wireless - Add them to your cool phone dreams!

    We certainly have no shortage of companies announcing plans for really cool pdaPhones. While some of these products may never become available, they are an indication of where the market is headed. AlphaCell Wireless Ltd. is a new company in Israel that has announced that they are working with Israeli carrier Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ PTNR) to develop two pdaPhone designs for availabilty in 2003. Here are some of the features of the planned phones:

    Both devices are based on similar state-of-the-art platform capabilities.

    Rich Media capabilities:<ul><li>Color display </li>
    <li>Rich media processing</li>
    <li>Integrated camera for both video and stills</li>
    <li>Multimedia messaging </li></ul>
    Platform capabilities:<ul><li>GPRS, tri-band (GSM 900, 1800 and 1900) </li>
    <li>Microsoft's CE.NET operating system platform </li>
    <li>Dual processor - the M5 and the M6 are the first devices to introduce a separate multimedia application processor, which dramatically enhances the platform's ability to support enhanced services. </li></ul>

    Targeted at the executive businessperson, the M6 is an integrated phone with full PDA capabilities, including the following product offering:<ul><li>Unique user interface that enables single hand operation </li>

    <li>An integrated digital camera that enables video and still imaging</li>
    <li>Enhanced Personal Information Management (PIM) services that include: Email, multimedia messaging services, contacts, calendar, to-do lists, and notes</li>
    <li>"Always-on" Internet connectivity, browsing and information services</li>
    <li>Entertainment services - media player, media capture and MP3 player</li>

    <li>Customized youth applications</li></ul>
