    Voicemail Reset?

    I have just upgraded from the 7135 to the 650. One thing I haven't been able to find is a voicemail reset button. Currently my little yellow envelope is on my phone screen and I have no voicemails, emails or sms messages.

    Anyone have any ideas on how to reset it?

    I've got the same problem. I spent 40 minutes on the phone this afternoon with Verizon Tech support but it won't go away. They said I must have a lemon as I'm having reception issues as well.

    are they going to send you a new phone? What was their solution?

    Yes that is their solution. Problem is they tell me there are no phones available so they've agreed to extend my 15 day return period. I'm somewhat skeptical but have since spoken to another customer rep who says that it is noted in my account to allow a return for a new, not refurbished, phone when they become available.

    From the phone screen (dial pad), tap the menu button. Go to Options, Phone Prefs. Towards the bottom of the screen, there's a "Clear Voicemail Icon" button. I hope this answers your question.
