I used to have a i500 a couple of years ago.

    Treo 650:

    Pros:
    SD Card!!!
    High rez. screen
    Keyboard
    OS 5
    Faster processor
    Bluetooth
    Many, many more

    Cons:
It's not a clamshell, and it weighs slightly more...
Enjoying carrying only one communications device for all...

I was an I500 user for 2 years and debated about making the switch to the 650 for a while. Then I dropped the I500 and started having some problems with it.

I felt the 650 was the only way to go. I was also concerned with the size of the 650 compared to the I500.

I have had the 650 for about a month now and would never consider getting any other phone! The 650 is incredible!

It does so much more than the I500 and some things (like SMS) MUCH better. After getting used to the beautiful screen, you can never go back to the I500.

Regarding the size...I have a side pouch (P6) that I use for the phone and it doesn't feel any different than the I500 on my side.

    Pros:
    SD card
Ability to play full DVD'S on a 1 Gig card.
    Camera, videocam.
    Incredible screen
    Web viewing is much better

    Go for it!
