Question Treo 650 and MLB.com game day audio???

The tech support at palmone could not answer this question and directed me to this website... I recently purchased a Treo 650 and I desire to listen to MLB.com game day audio (which I already have a subscription for). I am unable to do so and thought it was a java applet problem. I downloaded the websphere everyplace MicroEnvironment files but still had no success. Also, the MLB audio cell phone service does not support the Treo 650. Any help on these issues would be greatly appreciated!

Pocket Tunes plays streams very well.
If you can get a url from MLB, and then put that url in Pocket Tunes (or click on that link from Blazer), it might work.

Let me know. I don't live in the same city as my home town, and would like to know if this works before i pay MLB.

They'd have to be broadcasting it from a shoutcast server, and I do not believe mlb does.
Been looking for a solution for baseball games since my first 600 and haven't found anything.

MobiTV offers mlb.com audio and there has been information posted recently, that they have an alpha running on a treo 650
and will soon have a public beta.
With a little luck we'll have mlb.com audio for the 650 very shortly.

Hey that is great news! Mahalo nui loa (Hawaiian for thank you very much)!

Oh, by the way, the pocket-tunes attempt failed.

    Aloha!

The link you gave is not a playable link (as you know, sorry for stating the obvious).

PocketTunes will play urls that end in .m3u and .pls

I've been emailing my self links for streaming music from non Shoutcast sites. From Versamail, I click on the link which takes me to Blazer. Then Blazer will ask if you want to download the file. Download the file to PocketTunes and it will automatically start playing.
I don't think this will help you with MLB. They've figured out yet another way to make the inaccessible (sp?).

Are there any good jobs in Hawaii?
