Email with Verizon Treo 650 (and one other question)

I just purchased the Treo 650 with Verizon and I know it will be perfect for me. A couple of questions:

    1. What benefit is there to use Verizon's wireless sync to retrieve email over VersaMail or other email programs? I installed Versa and had no problems receiving or sending email, but I just wonder whether Verizon's method is better.

    2. Is there a chance that at some point in the future the Treo will be able to do voice dialing through Bluetooth, or is this never going to happen? Do any of the other bluetooth PDA phones do voice dialing through Bluetooth?

    Thanks in advance!

    1. The main advantage is it pushes the email from your desktop to your treo. You will have to leave your desktop/notebook computer on for it to work. You can set up Versamail to check for email on a regular basis.

    2. I don't think the Treo will be able to do bluetooth voice-dialing because I think it requires bt 1.2. Other phones can voice-dial with bluetooth.
