    Where does Snapper keep attachments

Where does Snappermail keep attachments before you (lets say) move them to the card?

SnapperMail downloads everything, including attachments, to the main RAM memory of the handheld. If you have the Premier or Enterprise Edition, you can set it to archive any message content, again including attachments, older than 1 day to the card.

I am doing regular pop mail with a premier version.

"to the main RAM memory of the handheld"

That I would have guessed -- but where. If you download an attachment and it is big, where does it sit, taking up memory, until you move it to the card...

If I don't move it to the card, how long does it stay in RAM.

Is it in ram until I delete trash?

It sits in the "Snapper-MsgContent-Snpm" database. It will be in the RAM until you trash the message and then empty the trash.
