Unhappy Beep Beep (Ring Tone) - Requested

I have given up my pager and now use the 650 as such to get messages from my office.

When I am with clients etc, being alerted by even the simple tones that came with the 650 are too melodic, and unprofessional.

I miss the simple but loud Beep Beep that my pager used. (go figure...)

If anyone has this very simple tone(s), please share, and attach the file.

    Try These

I feel your pain. I don't want my phone rapping to me or playing goofey sounds. JUST RING! maybe i'm old fashioned??

If you haven't found any beeps by now, here's a couple to try

the first 2 are pager beeps and the third is a ring I made.

don't know if this is what your lookin for, but give em a try. I just email the wav file to myself, then check my mail on the phone, save the wav (hey that rymes) then it converts it to a pdb and it shows up in the ringers

    good luck,

    and three...

This one is actually a pdb, just remove the .wav as it wouldn't let me upload a .pdb.

Robin, I am having trouble downloading the ringring. Is there anything different in the format of this vs. the other two?

BTW - Thanks again for the "beeps". I kinda like em'.

The "ringring" is actually a pdb file. You have to change the extension from .wav to just .pdb - The forum wouldn't let me upload a pdb for some reason.

    Never Mind, here it is!

Never mind, I found my original wav file. I must have made it at work. That's why I couldn't find it on my home pc. I'll attach it.

It's a somewhat "professional" ring instead of some rap song, and using it with Butlers "increase volume on each ring" setting, works great.

Is there a forum for 650 users to put ringtones? I seem to remember one way back when for the 6035.. I think it would be great to have 1 place for people to put the tones they use.

by the way, thanks for the ringring.. The ones that come with the treo suck

I changed the extension on the ring ring to .pdb and synced but that did not work. Am I missing something?

I would also join in that request for a posting of ringtones used by others. We had one for the 7135 and it was great. I like to use them just dont have the know how to make them myself. Thanks.
