Apps you don't use..can you delete?

I have VZW T650. I never use the Wireles sync or mail. I need more space on my T650. Is there way to delete them? I've moved just about all the apps that can be moved to the SD card. I still need some more space.

Chances are that those applications are in ROM and not available to be deleted unless you have a program especially designed for that. JackSprat is one such program, but I don't know if it's compatible with the Treo and it's a "use at your own risk" type of app. I used it on my Kyocera 7135 and it worked fine.

Alternatively, you can use a great (and free!) little proggy called Obfuscate which won't get rid of the apps that annoy you so (or free up any of the space they take), but it WILL hide them so their icons don't clutter your screen.
